With our 30 years of experience, we have a wealth of knowledge on the latest plastic materials, tooling methods, and processing techniques required to deliver the plastic part quality you expect. We specialize in production runs of 100 to 50,000 pieces with parts that can fit inside a 10” x 10” x 10” working envelope. Our injection molding machines are the latest technology all electric designs which gives us the ability to achieve the highest part-to-part repeatability possible in the industry. Our precision parts are made from a variety of plastic materials such as POM, TPU and PA66. We offer colored and appearance parts made from PP, ABS and PA6 materials. Our industrial electrical enclosures made from HHABS with post molded conductive nickel playing. Post molding decorated parts made from plating grade ABS, then brass plated and antiqued. We also offer parts with complex undercuts requiring multiple tooling actions.
